Sit and Reach Test
Sitting with one leg straight, foot touching flat on box, with toes facing up. Other leg is bent with sole of foot against the straight knee. Bending at the waist, reach forward, with both hands keeping fingers equal and together. Look down at your straight knee and hold until measured and recorded.
Each leg is tested separately.
For a passing score you should be able to touch your toes without pulling them back towards your knee.
